Cancellation Policy:
To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit will be charged, which will be applied towards your total payment, regardless if you come in or not , you will not receive this deposit back, so it is important to ensure you want to book.
Rescheduling Policy:
You may reschedule your appointment by notifying your provider at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. In such cases, your deposit will be transferred to the new date. If this is done after 48 hours, you will be charged $50 ON TOP OF YOUR DEPOSIT.
Late Arrival Policy:
Please note that if you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, it may be necessary to reschedule.
No Show/No Call Policy:
Failure to show up for your appointment or provide any prior notification will result in the forfeiture of your deposit and an ADDITIONAL $50 fee will be charged.
